 평소 옷을 잘 사는 편이 아닌데 블루 아카이브 덕분에 여름 옷을 왕창 구비했다. 올여름은 유우카, 마리, 미야코, 이즈나, 하루나, 마코토, 사츠키, 치아키, 이로하, 이부키와 함께할 예정이다.
 넥슨이 모바일 게임 '블루 아카이브'와 패션 플랫폼 '무신사'의 컬래버레이션을 실시했다. 컬래버는 6일부터 19일까지 약 2주간 진행된다. 해당 기간 동안 선생님들은 온·오프라인으로 무신사에서 직접 제작한 의류를 비롯해 캔뱃지와 아크릴 스탠드 등 다양한 굿즈를 구매할 수 있다.
 이번 컬래버레이션의 메인은 팝업 스토어다. 팝업 스토어는 두 종류로 나뉜다. 오프라인 굿즈 구매에 중점을 둔 홍대점과 현장 체험 이벤트에 특화된 성수점이다. 두 지점 모두 사전에 방문 예약을 진행해야 입장이 가능하다. 당연히 기자도 블루 아카이브 선생님으로서 팝업 스토어 두 군데를 모두 다녀왔다. 
 한정 굿즈를 구매하기 위해 홍대점을 먼저 방문했다. 홍대입구역에서 나오자마자 뒤를 돌아보면 거대한 유리벽에 붙어있는 학생들이 선생님을 반겨준다. 워낙 거대해서 그런지 지나가는 사람들도 신기해서 사진을 찍으며 지나가는 모습을 심심찮게 볼 수 있었다.

 혹여나 다른 사람이 예약한 계정을 받아 입장하는 경우를 방지하고자 본인 인증을 진행했다. 예약자 이름 및 방문 시간 확인과 동시에 신분증 검사를 진행한다. 예약자 본인이라는 게 확인되면 줄을 서서 입장 시간까지 기다리면 된다. 넥슨의 세심한 행사 운영이 돋보였다.
 매장에 들어서자마자 팝업 스토어 공간이 눈에 들어온다. 예약한 사람이 아니면 들어가지 못하게끔 직원 한 명이 서서 대기하고 있다. 입구에 있던 직원의 인솔을 받아야 팝업 스토어 입장이 가능하다.
 매장 이용 시간은 30분이다. 해당 시간 동안 자유롭게 굿즈를 구경하면서 장바구니에 담을 수 있다. 다만 팝업 스토어 공간이 협소한 편이라 둘러보는데 10분도 채 걸리지 않는다.
 팝업 스토어 내에 여러 명의 직원이 상주하고 있다. 의류를 구경하다 구매하고 싶은 옷이 있을 경우 직원에게 사이즈를 말하면 바로 가져다준다. 평소에 XL 사이즈를 주로 사는데 일반적인 사이즈보다 커보였다. 직원에게 물어보니 XL 사이즈는 밑단이 너무 길어서 L 사이즈를 구매해도 충분할 것이라는 친절한 답변을 들을 수 있었다.
 7만 원 이상 구매한 선생님에겐 다양하게 활용 가능한 타포린 백을 준다. 타포린 백은 1000명에게만 한정적으로 지급되는 굿즈다. 시간이 지날수록 얻지 못할 가능성이 높아지니 방문 계획 있다면 빨리 가는 게 좋다.
 굿즈 구매 시 돈을 절약할 수 있는 팁이 있다. 무신사를 한 번도 이용한 적 없는 선생님이라면 회원가입만 해도 여러 할인 혜택을 받는다. 10만 원 이상 구매 시 1만 원을 할인해 준다고 해서 현장에서 바로 가입하니 다른 혜택과 중복돼 2만 원가량 절약했다.

 굿즈를 구매한 뒤엔 성수점으로 향했다. 성수점의 경우 지하철 출구를 바로 나오면 매장이 보이는 홍대점과 달리 비교적 먼 거리에 위치해 있었다. 3번 출구에서 도보로 약 10분 정도 소요됐다.
 성수점은 홍대점과 달리 매장과 병행해서 운영되지 않았다. 오로지 현장 체험 이벤트를 즐기기 위한 공간으로 구성돼 있었다.
 입장 방식은 홍대점과 동일하다. 예약 화면과 함께 신분증을 제시하고 확인을 받으면 된다. 본인인증이 완료되면 앞에 비치돼 있는 뽑기를 무료로 1회 진행할 수 있다. 뽑기에선 포토카드 세트와 게임 쿠폰, 티셔츠 라이브 페인팅 체험 등 여러 보상이 들어있다.
 홍대점에서 굿즈를 구매한 영수증을 지참하면 비용에 따라 추가 기회가 주어진다. 5만 원에 1회다. 할인 전 가격을 보고 기회를 제공하니 맞춰서 구매하는 게 좋다. 기자는 10만 원어치를 산 다음 방문했기에 뽑기를 총 3번 진행했다.
 참고로 유료 뽑기는 예약하지 않아도 가능하다. 영수증만 보여주면 가격에 맞춰서 기회를 준다. 다만 방문 예약 시 지급되는 무료 뽑기는 없다. 그러니 예약한 다음 방문해야 굿즈를 하나라도 더 챙길 수 있다.
 팝업 스토어 내부에 들어서면 브랜드를 대표하는 학생들이 공간을 차지하고 서있다. 학생 사이사이에 사전 예약 굿즈들을 직접 시착하고 거울을 볼 수 있는 공간이 마련돼 있다. 살 계획이 있는 선생님이라면 자신과 어울리는지 보고 결정하면 된다.
 입구에서 진행한 뽑기로 라이브 프린팅 참여권에 당첨되면 성수점만의 특별한 체험이 가능하다. 라이브 프린팅은 자신이 원하는 학생과 로고를 선택하면 민무늬 티셔츠에 이를 새겨주는 프로그램이다. 남들에겐 없는 자신만의 티셔츠를 만들 수 있다는 점에서 각별하다.
 아쉬운 점이라면 라이브 프린팅은 뽑기에서 당첨된 인원만 가능하다는 것이다. 라이브 프린팅에 당첨되느냐에 따라 즐길 거리의 여부가 달라진다. 차라리 인원을 더 적게 받는 한이 있더라도 모든 선생님이 경험할 수 있었으면 어땠을까 싶다.

 이처럼 각 팝업 스토어마다 경험 가능한 분야가 달랐다. 방문 계획이 있는 선생님이라면 꼭 두 지점 모두 예약하는 걸 추천한다. 단 예약 시 주의사항이 있다. 반드시 홍대점을 먼저 방문해서 굿즈를 구매한 다음 성수점에 가는 게 좋다.
 홍대점에서 오프라인 한정 굿즈를 구매한 다음 성수점을 방문해야 추가 뽑기 기회를 주기 때문이다. 만약 성수점을 먼저 갔다가 홍대점에서 굿즈를 사면 다시 성수점에 돌아가야 하는 불상사가 일어날 수 있다.
 두 매장 모두 방문해 본 입장에서 한 군데만 추천하라면 당연 홍대점이다. 오프라인 한정 굿즈를 구매할 수 있는 유일한 장소다. 선생님들에게 한정 굿즈의 가치는 말로 형용할 수 없을 정도로 높다. 예약 시간이 많이 비어 있으니 기회가 된다면 꼭 방문하길 바란다.
