 [TV리포트=한수지 기자] 배우 방은희가 동안의 비결을 공개했다.
 28일 방송된 TV조선 '퍼펙트 라이프'(이하 '퍼라')에서는 배우 방은희가 출연했다. 
 이날 방은희는 "올해 나이 60세가 됐다"라며 "나이가 들어보이면 어쩌나, 이러다 한방에 가버릴까봐 고민이 돼서 나오게 됐다"라고 털어놨다. 
 이에 방은희의 일상을 보며 그의 생활 습관을 살펴보기로 했다. 영상에서 방은희는 집안 부엌에서 김밥을 싸고 있었다. 그는 "추운 겨울일수록 몸을 많이 움직이려고 한다. 김밥을 싸서 강아지와 산책을 나가려고 한다"라고 말했다.
 방은희는 김자반으로 밥의 간을 하고, 묵은지와 바나나를 통째로 넣은 독특한 레시피로 이른바 '묵은지 바나나 김밥'을 선보여 경악을 자아냈다. 이를 본 MC 현영은 "저게 무슨 바나나 보트도 아니고 무엇이냐"며 당혹감을 나타냈고, 패널 신승환도 "지난번에도 파스타에 김치와 바나나를 넣지 않았나? (암흑요리사로 불리는) 김풍 작가의 향기가 난다. 누나는 '방풍'이다"라며 말해 웃음을 자아냈다. 
 신승환이 "'묵은지 바나나 김밥'은 처음 봤다. 맛이 정말 궁금하다"고 하자 방은희는 직접 만든 묵은지 바나나 김밥을 가져와 모두를 깜짝 놀라게 했다. 모두가 시식을 꺼리는 상황에서 '퍼라' 출연진 중 가위바위보 내기에서 진 사람이 김밥을 맛보기로 했다. MC 오지호와 신승환이 '김밥 시식'에 당첨된 가운데, 김밥을 맛본 오지호는 "이런 맛은 처음이다"라고 괴로워했다. 신승환은 "바나나 단 맛이 엄청 강하게 있다가 김치가 톡 들어왔다가 다시 바나나, 김이 톡 들어왔다가 다시 바나나다"라고 평가했다. 방은희가 김밥을 하나 더 권하자 신승환은 "배가 부르다"라고 거부해 주위를 웃음바다로 만들었다.

 도시락을 싼 방은희는 영하 10도의 날씨에 반려견과 겨울 산책을 나섰다. 혹독한 산책을 마친 그는 라면스프가 뭉친 카레 사골 떡국과 '묵은지 바나나 김밥'을 맛있게 먹었다. 후식으로는 블루베리 퓨레를 간편하게 섭취했다. 방은희는 "블루베리가 항산화 성분이 풍부하다고 해서 꾸준히 챙겨먹고 있다"라고 전했다. 
 이후 방은희는 "2026년만큼은 새로운 희망을 품고 이미지 변신을 하고 싶어서 찾아왔다"라며 퍼스널 컬러 진단을 받으러갔다. 자신에게 맞는 컬러를 찾자 실시간으로 얼굴 톤이 바뀌는 것을 본 패널들은 크게 놀라워 했다. 진단 결과 그는 겨울쿨톤이었다. 이날 방은희가 겨울쿨톤에 맞게 의상과 메이크업을 받고 왔다고 하자 현영은 "그래서 더 어려 보였던 것 같다. 나도 블루베리랑 퍼스널 컬러를 따라할 것"이라며 부러워 했다. 이에 방은희는 "더 예뻐지면 곤란하다"라고 말해 현영을 기분 좋게 했다.
