 5일 방송된 MBC ‘마니또 클럽’에서는 박보영을 위한 이선빈의 마지막 선물이 공개됐다. 
 이날 이선빈은 하루 일정을 마치고 숙소로 돌아오자마자 박보영에게 "나의 마지막 마니또 선물이야. 처음부터 모든 과정을 여기에 다 넣었어"라고 하며 카메라를 건넸다. 
 선물을 준비하고 전달하는 과정을 카메라에 영상으로 남긴 이선빈에 박보영은 "너 인간 이벤트야?"라고 놀랐고 이선빈은 "다시는 내 인생에 없다"고 단호하게 말했다. 
 "내가 언니의 마니또야. 오늘 하루 언니를 주인공으로 만들 수 있도록, 언니를 응원할 수 있도록 진심을 다해서 하겠다"는 말로 시작하는 영상을 보던 박보영은 인형탈을 쓰고 있는 이선빈의 모습, 그리고 시민들에게 메시지를 받던 순간 하나하나가 기록된 것에 말을 잇지 못했다. 
 이선빈은 "언니가 나한테 평소에 응원을 많이 해 주잖아"라며 눈물을 보이는 박보영을 끌어안았고 박보영은 "나 진짜 살면서 이런 감동적인 건…이선빈 사랑해"라고 진심을 전했다.
