 9일 방송된 채널S '니돈내산 독박투어4'(채널S, SK브로드밴드 공동 제작) 49회에서는 처음으로 크루즈 여행을 떠난 김대희x김준호x장동민x유세윤x홍인규가 동서양의 낭만이 공존하는 일본 나가사키에 입성해, 현지 맛집과 명소를 섭렵하는 유쾌한 하루가 펼쳐졌다. 
 앞서 크루즈에서 푸짐한 뷔페와 '흥 폭발' 라틴쇼를 즐긴 '독박즈'는 밤이 되자 배 위에 있는 노천탕에 몸을 담갔다. 홍인규는 "바다 한가운데에서 온천을 즐기다니~"라며 행복해했고, 이후 '독박즈'는 선내 사우나로 이동해 목욕을 했다. 이때 김대희는 "나 초1 때 아빠랑 목욕탕을 갔는데 거기서 같은 반 여자애를 만난 적이 있다"고 아찔했던 기억을 소환했다. 그러자 김준호는 "난 반대로 엄마랑 여탕을 갔다가 같은 반 여자애를 만나서 그 뒤로 엄마 따라서 안 갔다"고 해 '독박즈'의 공감을 자아냈다. 
 목욕 후 편안하게 취침한 '독박즈'는 다음 날 아침 일본 사세보항에 하선해 지하철을 타고 나가사키에 도착했다. 장동민은 "이곳에 일본 3대 '차이나타운'이 있다. 거기로 가서 나가사키 짬뽕을 먹자"고 제안했다. 이동 중 이들은 플리마켓을 만났고, 공짜로 할 수 있는 '막대 넘어뜨리기' 게임을 발견해 '교통비 통 독박자'를 뽑기로 했다. 게임 결과, 장동민이 꼴찌를 하는 반전이 벌어져 '독박즈'를 환호케 했다. 대환장 케미 속, 이들은 근처 빵집에서 나가사키 명물인 카스텔라를 사 먹은 뒤 노면열차를 타고 130년 전통의 짬뽕 맛집에 도착했다. 여기서 '독박즈'는 짬뽕을 비롯해 사라우동, 탕수육, 교자, 동파육 등을 폭풍 주문했다. 
 또한, '현재 독박 수'에 대해 중간 점검을 했는데, 홍인규는 뿌듯한 미소와 함께 "의외로 요즘 내가 (독박에) 안 걸리고 있다. 연초에 보살님이 빨간색을 입으면 운이 좋다고 해서 그렇게 했는데, 그 점사가 맞나 보다"고 말했다. 반면 유세윤은 "에휴, 난 그 보살님이 올해 운이 안 좋다고 했는데 진짜인가 봐"라며 좌절했다. 앞서 국내 투어에서 유세윤은 '최다 독박자'가 됐던 터라 '독박즈'는 소름 돋는 점사에 놀라워했다. 그러던 중 담백한 국물이 일품인 짬뽕이 나왔고, 이들은 "맛이 깔끔하다", "라멘보다 낫다"며 그릇을 싹싹 비웠다. 이후, 숟가락 쌓기 게임으로 식사비 독박자를 정했는데, 여기서는 김대희가 꼴찌를 해 누적 2독을 달성했다. 
 식사 후, 홍인규는 "최근 태경이(홍인규 아들)가 일본 여행을 갔다가 강력 추천한 코스가 있다"며 '펭귄 수족관' 투어를 제안했다. 김대희와 김준호가 마뜩지 않은 표정을 짓자, 그는 "지우-시우(장동민의 자녀들)한테 나중에 펭귄 보여주면 좋아할 거다. 미리 견학하자. 그리고 우리 딸 채윤이가 펭귄 인형을 사다 달라고 해서~"라고 설득했다. 이에 김준호는 "그럼 가야지!"라며 자리에서 일어섰다. 
 홍인규가 데려간 곳은 전 세계 유일의 펭귄 전문 수족관으로, 다양한 펭귄과 해양 생물들이 모여 있었다. 홍인규는 '2세' 계획 중인 김준호에게 "형, 이제 이런 곳 와 봐아 해"라며 미리 육아 조언을 했고, 한 곳에 옹기종기 모여 있는 펭귄들의 모습을 보자 "어린이집에 아이들 맡겨 놓고 하원 대기하는 부모들 같다"라고 찰떡 비유했다. 김준호는 열심히 펭귄을 구경하다가 수족관 뒤쪽에 아이가 앉아 있는 것을 발견했는데, 곧장 "애들 잘 보이게 비켜주자"라고 '독박즈'에게 양보를 권해 훈훈함을 자아냈다. 장동민도 아내에게 영상 통화를 걸어서 "지우, 시우야! 나중에 펭귄 보러 같이 꼭 오자"며 스윗한 아빠미를 발산했다. 그런가 하면, '독박즈'는 전혀 움직임이 없는 펭귄을 발견해 "저 펭귄이 5분 안에 (물속으로) 뛴다, 안 뛴다"를 놓고 '펭귄 수족관' 입장료 내기 게임을 했는데, 여기서는 홍인규가 독박자가 됐다. 
 수족관 투어를 마친 '독박즈'는 홍인규의 딸을 위한 펭귄 인형 선물까지 구입한 뒤, 이곳에서 산 '얼음 깨기' 게임을 해 '간식비 통 독박자'를 정하기로 했다. 힘 조절이 관건인 가운데, '지니어스' 장동민이 '얼음 깨기'에 실패하면서 누적 2독이 됐다. 김준호는 "와! 장동민이 벌써 2독이라니~"라며 쾌재를 불렀다. 
 어느덧 해가 저물고 김대희는 "야경 명소로 가자"며 '이나사야마산' 전망대로 이끌었다. 이곳은 해발 333m를 로프웨이를 타고 올라 나가사키의 야경을 한눈에 담을 수 있는 '일본 3대 야경 명소'였다. 빠른 속도의 로프웨이를 탄 '독박즈'는 금방 전망대 정상에 도착했고, 장동민은 "은하수를 보는 느낌이다"라며 감탄했다. 그러나 낭만도 잠시, 이들은 로프웨이 비용을 걸고 '꽁꽁 언 난간을 잡은 채 추위를 버티는 게임' 등을 했는데, 0독으로 선전하던 유세윤이 독박자가 돼 씁쓸한 미소를 지었다.
